Individuals working as a representative of a government are required to obtain a diplomatic passport. Other persons with diplomatic passports are senior officials of any government:Home representatives, top officials, the president are allowed to request diplomatic passports in their country. Possession of a diplomatic passport or equivalent is not in itself sufficient to qualify for a no-cost diplomatic visa. No fee is charged from official passport holders for official visa, Reciprocal and visa application issuance fees, if applicable, need to be paid for any non-official visa.
